TAP TAKEOVER: A LOCAL BEER, PACIFIC PARADISE SUMMER ALE

Bring the summer flavour and fun with this brew you can sit on all afternoon, the Pacific Paradise Summer Ale. Fresh and tropical with a crisp balance of orange and melon, it's the perfect companion for a summer's day.

A Local Beer is brewed in Abbotsford, Victoria

Bottle of Mountain Gin and two glasses of gin

FEATURING: MOUNTAIN GIN

Launched in 2018 by winemaker George Cremasco and beer salesman Mike Harris, Mountain Gin is inspired by locally foraged botanicals from the Mount Macedon region. Using new growth pine needles and native mountain pepperberry, fresh orange zest, lemon myrtle, juniper and coriander, it's reminiscent of fresh mountain air and the smell of tall pines.

Mountain Gin is a clear, vibrant and aromatic spirit best enjoyed with orange peel and a light tonic or mineral water.

Mountain Gin is distilled in Mount Macedon, Victoria

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What's the dress code?

We’re not the fashion police but we do like the smart-casual vibe. Basically, steer away from thongs or tees with crazy slogans and you should be good as gold.

Can I BYO?

Bourke Street Green isn’t a BYO venue, but it’s not all doom and gloom. Our fully licenced bar is fully stocked with an extensive range of beverages that are sure to please.

Can I celebrate my birthday at Bourke Street Green?

We love a good birthday celebration. In fact, let our bar staff know it’s your special day and we’ll customise a cocktail just for you. Now, while we do have a no BYO cake policy, we do make our own ice-cream sandwiches we promise are just as sweet.

Do you take bookings?

We do accept bookings, but only for groups of 20 or over. We also don't take bookings on a Friday.

Can I open a bar tab?

Of course! We’re happy to open a tab for you here at the Green. Just hand us your current driver’s licence (or passport) along with your credit card until the end of your visit and you’re good to go.

Where can I smoke?

Bourke Street Green is a non-smoking venue. Smoking is only permitted on the street, at least 20ft from the front door.

Is there parking nearby?

The closest parking available is the RACV City Club car park (at an hourly rate). Entry to the car park is via New Chancery Lane between Bourke and Little Collins Streets.

Is Bourke Street Green near public transport?

We sure are. The 86 and 96 tram routes conveniently travel along Bourke St and stop right outside our front door, and the route 55 tram on Williams Street is just a quick 2-minute walk away. We’re also around 10-15 minutes away from Flinders Street, Flagstaff and Southern Cross train stations.
